中高职贯通培养模式下学生特点及管理设想

摘　　要：中高职贯通培养模式是2010年上海市教育委员会开始实施的一种新型人才培养模式,这种新型模式如何与已有的模式相互贯通,是当前在人才培养中需要研究的一个重要课题。该文以上海市农业学校和上海农林职业技术学院为例,通过两所学校几年来培养模式的研究,探索在这种模式下学生管理特点,并提出一些针对性的管理设想,为中高职贯通培养模式理论研究提供参考。It is a new type of talent cultivation mode that Shanghai has been implemented in 2010, and how this new model is interlinked with existing models is an important issue that we need to study in the current personnel training. In this paper, Shanghai Agricultural College and Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry, through two years of training model of the two schools to explore the characteristics of student management in this mode, and put forward some targeted management ideas, Training mode theory research provides a reference.
