摘　　要：将房地产经营与管理专业做出特色,不仅是学院卓越院校建设申报的需要,更是专业自身发展的需要。在培养目标、培养模式、课程体系、教学资源、教学团队等方面形成不同于其他院校特征的专业资源是建设的主要内容。To make the characteristics of the real estate business and management,is not only the need for colleges to declare theconstruction of excellent colleges,but also is the need for their own development.The main content of the construction is to formprofessional resources with their own characteristics which are different from other colleges in these aspects of the professional trainingobjectives,training mode,curriculum system,teaching resources,teaching team and others.
