摘　　要：行业技术快速升级小专业必须按专业及行企特点开放办学,才能取得良好的办学成效。校企联盟一体化发展是这类专业开放办学的有效途径。本文以浙江建设职业技术学院建筑智能化工程技术为例,在校企联盟一体化发展框架下,论述校企共同育人协同发展、专业课程体系、师资团队、实践教学条件建设等内容,分享开放办学经验。In order to achieve good results,small profession characterized the rapid upgrading of industry technology should open education based on the characteristics of profession and line enterprises.The integration development of school-enterprise alliance is an effective way to open education.This paper takes intelligent building engineering technology of Zhejiang College of Construction as an example.Under the alliance integration development framework,it is discussed about the school-enterprise co-education and collaborative development,curriculum system,practice teaching conditions,teachers team construction and other contents.Meanwhile the experience of opening education is shared.
