摘 要:现行的烧伤教学模式存在诸多不尽人意的地方。在对历年教学情况进行调查的过程中,我们发现大部分学生观察不到典型的烧伤创面及其演变的病理过程,这与教学大纲中要求学生需掌握烧伤面积的估计、深度识别和烧伤治疗原则等相违背。混合教学模式(Blended Learning,B-Learning)是近几年国外比较推崇的一种新型教学模式。这种模式的优点在于将信息数字化教学与传统教学方式结合起来,是自主学习和协作的结合,个人学习和团队学习的结合,跨地域的联合教学有利于提高学生综合能力,对提高教学质量有较大帮助,可应用于临床带教。The burn of current teaching mode has many unsatisfactory place.In the process of investigating the historical teaching situation,we found that most of the students less than typical pathological process of burn wounds and its evolution,it has to do with the syllabus asked the students to master the burn area estimation,deep recognition and burnt reatment principle,etc.Mixed teaching mode(Blended Learning,B-Learning)is abroad in recent years,is promoting a new type of teaching mode.The advantages of this model is that combine information digital teaching and traditional teaching mode,is the combination of autonomous learning and collaboration,and the combination of individual learning and team learning,cross-regional joint teaching to improve students'comprehensive ability,have a great help to improve the teaching quality,can be applied in clinical teaching.
