摘　　要：本文针对部分学生对专业选修课学习兴趣不高,提出了"以人为本"的"自主学习"教学方法。该教学法改变了传统的"填鸭式"教学方式,有效地提高了学生的学习兴趣,活跃了课堂气氛,实现了真正的"教"与"学"互动,促进了学生对知识的掌握。This article focused on professional elective courses for students learning interest is not high,puts forwardthe"People-Oriented","Autonomous Learning"teaching method.The teaching method has changed the traditionalcramming teaching methods,effectively improve the students'interest in learning,active classroom atmosphere,realize thereal"teaching"and"learning"interaction,promote the students'mastery of knowledge.
