摘　　要：本文从园艺专业创新卓越人才培养的基本要求、培养体系的构建、培养体系的实施及其效果四个方面介绍了园艺专业创新卓越人才培养体系的构建与实践,提出了园艺专业创新卓越人才的内涵、能力标准,人才培养体系构建的指导思想,通过该体系实施,提高了教师的教学水平和学生的培养质量。Construction and practice of system of excellence talent training in the horticulture were introduced through basic requirements constructing,implementing and effect of excellence talent training in the horticulture in this paper.The connotation of horticulture excellence talent and competency standards,guiding principle.teaching level and students quality were improved.
