高职学生思想教育管理的研究——以印刷技术专业实习管理为例

摘　　要：当代大学生思想政治工作是学生管理工作的重点,也是难点。作为高职院校,有效地将人才素质的培养和专业素质的养成较好地结合更是一个重要课题。笔者从印刷技术专业学生的思想状况入手,认真总结分析造成目前教学状况的原因,最后提出了一些改进思想政治教育的策略。Contemporary College Students'Ideological and political work is the focus of the student management work is difficult.As a college,effectively the quality of personnel training and professional quality to develop good combination is an important subject.The author from the students ideological status of professional printing technology,carefully analyzed the cause of the current teaching situation.Finally,put forward some improvement methods of Ideological and political education.
