摘　　要：调查分析了全日制专业学位硕士研究生校外教学实践基地的建设现状,从五个方面分别分析了建设基地所存在的问题,如合作企业参与热情不高、投入不足、基地培养条件不完备、管理制度不到位、校外导师工作责任心不强、满足不了学生期望值等问题,提出加强"双导师"队伍建设、加大基地建设投入、加强监控评估、提供法律法规支撑等方面的改革建议,努力焕发专业学位研究生教育活力,促进教育质量蒸蒸日上。In this paper,the investigation and analysis of the practice of teaching base of full-time professional graduate student will be present,and describing the existing problems of the practice base from five aspects.For example,the lack of investment between the cooperation of enterprises and school;the management system is not build up as well as completely;the cultivation quality of the practice base is not meet the standard demand;and the advisor of the cooperation enterprise is not willing to spend much more time to help graduate student to solve the practical problems.Based on this situation,with the deep development of education reformation,the construction of the perfect support system and mechanismbecome an important component of practice teaching base.A modified practice teaching base of school-enterprise cooperation can effectively take complementary advantages of both the school and enterprise.This paper present four aspects strategy to improve the quality of the construction of practice teaching base and promote the condition of the support systemand mechanism based on enterprise practice teaching base.
