摘　　要：本文以提高学生岗位胜任力+创新发展能力为目标,充分调研相关印刷包装企业人才需求,重构印刷色彩课程内容,尝试多种教学方法,强化实践教学等方式进行课程教学体系的构建,提高学生的职业素养和专业能力,探索有利于印刷专业学生就业和创业的新思路。In this paper,in order to improve the students'ability to post competency+innovation and development as the goal,investigating the relevant printing and packaging enterprises demand,refactoring printing color course content,try a variety of teaching methods,strengthen practice teaching,such as the construction of curriculum system in the form of improving the students'professional quality and professional ability,exploring for printing professional students employment and new way of thinking on entrepreneurship.
