青少年肠道多发脉管瘤1例报告

摘　　要：脉管瘤按其血管及淋巴管成分的多少分为血管瘤、淋巴管瘤及血管淋巴管瘤,多见于皮肤和皮下,发生于肠道黏膜的少见,而发生于小肠黏膜的多发性脉管瘤极其少见。我院于2016年1月20日收治青少年肠道多发脉管瘤患者1例,结合相关文献,对该病的发病症状、体征、诊断及治疗进行总结分析。Vascular tumor can be classified into hemangioma,lymphangioma and hemangioma and lymphangioma according to the vascular and lymphatic vessels of the composition.It is commonly occurs in skin and subcutaneous,rare in the intestinal mucosa,and occurs in the small intestinal mucosa of multiple vascular tumor is extremely rare.1 case of juvenile patients with multiple intestinal vascular tumor were adamitted in January 20th,2016,then the author summarized and analyzed the incidence of the disease symptoms,signs,diagnosis and treatment,combined with the relevant literature.
