摘　　要：目的:探讨外科换药术培训改革在全科医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:选择全科医师规范化培训学员69名,其中2011-2013年31名为传统教学组,2014-2016年38名为试验教学组,比较两组教学效果评价及换药术考核成绩。结果:试验教学组的教学效果评价及换药术考核成绩优于传统组。结论:外科换药术培训改革在全科医师规范化培训中的应用价值显著。Objective:To explore the application value of the training reform of surgical dressing change in the standardizedtraining of general practitioners.Methods:69students with standardized training of general practitioners were selected.31casesfrom2011to2013were as the traditional teaching group.38cases from2014to2016were as the experimental teaching group.Wecompared the teaching effect and performance of surgical dressing change of the two groups.Results:In the experimental teachinggroup,the teaching effect and performance of surgical dressing change were better than the traditional teaching group.Conclusion:The application value of the training reform of surgical dressing change in the standardized training of general practitioners was significant.
