士官大专数学课程教法探析

摘　　要：针对某军校士官大专学员学情,分析了士官大专数学课程教学现状,阐明了数学课程教学内容整合和教学方法革新的基本原则;根据数学课程教学内容整合原则,归纳出比较适合士官大专数学课程教学的分层补差、讲演练教学、试误教学、适时插补四种教学方法.这为士官其他课程教学改革提供了有益参考.Aiming at cadets’learning capability in a certain military non-commissioned officer(NCO)college,this article analyzes of the present situation of mathematics course teaching,clarifies the elementary principles of the teaching contents integration and the teaching methods innovation.On basis of integration principles of mathematics course teaching contents,the article brings forward stratified remediation method,explanation-demonstration-exercise method,trial-and-error method and timely interpolation method which are applicable to the NCO mathematics teaching.These four methods provide a beneficial reference for other NCO courses innovation.
