边疆少数民族地区师资队伍建设存在问题及对策

摘　　要：近几年政府和社会对边疆少数民族地区基础教育重视程度越来越高,加强教师队伍建设是提高边疆地区基础教育质量的前提条件和决定性因素。而目前边疆地区教师的结构层次不合理、专业水平不高、所获得培训机会甚少、待遇较低等问题普遍存在。本文针对这些问题进行调查和分析其原因,在如何完善边疆少数民族地区师资配置、加大培训力度以及提高教师待遇保障机制等方面提出了对策建议。In recent years,the government and the society pay more and more attention to the basic education in the minority areas,strengthen the construction of teaching staff is the precondition and the decisive factor to improve the quality of the basic education in the border area.But at present,there are some problems such as irrational structure,low professional level,low treatment and so on.In this paper,we investigate and analyze the reasons of these problems,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
