颜之推的教学思想及当代启示

摘　　要：颜之推是南北朝后期一位士大夫,他所著《颜氏家训》是一部教育子孙立身处世的著作。在对子孙谆谆教诲中,颜之推除了表现出诸多值得后人学习和借鉴的教育理念外,也表现出了因时施教、诱导为主与宽严结合、专博结合、不分贵贱等教学方面的精彩思想。这些教学思想在总体上体现出了突破常规和服务于现实的特点,对今天仍然不乏启示意义。Yan zhi-tui was a literati and officialdom in the later period of Northern and SouthernmDynasties,his book the Yan Shi Jia Xun is a book guiding his offspring how to function in the social environment,and we also find some splendid teaching thoughts in the book except his educational ideas,and his teaching thought such as teaching someone in accordance with times,induction is given priority and combining tolerance and stringency in teaching,professionalization combining with erudition,undifferentiating gentle and simple etc.All the teaching thoughts embody the characteristic of servicing social reality and breaking though of the conventional teaching,and which have important meaning of contemporary enlightenment even today.
