摘　　要：研究人才培养模式是提高高等职业教育质量的重要环节。基于工作岗位研究财经类专业人才培养模式,将专业教育与产业中的岗位要求对接,以胜任岗位必须的职业素质、职业能力为引导,设置专业教育内容,实现专业与岗位的无缝对接。本文从人才培养模式等基本概念界定出发,简述了高职财经类专业人才培养模式的已有成果,介绍了基于工作岗位的财经类人才培养模式内容。The training mode of research personnel is an important link to improve the quality of higher occupation education.Based on the work of the financial professional personnel training mode,the professional education and industry requirements for docking,must post occupation quality,occupation ability as the guidance,setting up professional education content,to achieve seamless and professional positions from the basic concept of talent cultivation.This paper model the definition of achievement of training mode of Higher Vocational Financial Professionals described,introduces the content of training mode of financial talents based on the job.
