摘　　要：在创新创业教育的大背景下,进行工程训练实践教学的改革显得迫在眉睫。通过构建开放、多元化协同创新教学团队,科学地设置训练项目,采用先进的训练方法和手段,提供丰富的训练资源,不断提高学生工程实践能力和创新意识。搭建创新实践平台,为学生进行创新创业活动的开展创造优越条件。通过对师资队伍和设备资源的优化,为工程训练的发展奠定扎实基础。同时,通过建立健全的考核体系,不断改进教学内容、教学方法和教学手段,以提高教学质量。不断创新,为新世纪培养更多创新人才。In the background of innovation education,the reform of the practice of engineering training teaching is imminent.By constructing an open,diversified collaborative innovation teaching team,scientifically set up training programs,training in the use of advanced methods and means,provide abundant training resources,improve the students'engineering practice ability and innovative consciousness.Build innovation practice the platform to carry out innovation activities for students to create favorable conditions.Through the optimization of faculty and equipment resources,lay a solid foundation for the development of engineering training.At the same time,through the establishment of a sound evaluation system,continuously improve the teaching content,teaching methods and teaching In order to improve the quality of teaching and innovate,to train more innovative talents in the new century.
