摘  要:将纳米TiO_2银交换粉体、柠檬酸添加到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中,经共混、流延得到共混薄膜,并研究了其性能。结果表明:随着高浓度母粒用量的增加,共混薄膜的断裂拉伸应变、透光率降低,透气性、雾度、抗菌性能提高,拉伸强度先增加后降低;且LDPE/高浓度母粒A/高浓度母粒B薄膜的力学性能、透气性能、抗菌性均优于LDPE/高浓度母粒A薄膜。综合考虑,选择高浓度母粒A与高浓度母粒B为2.0 phr的薄膜作为保鲜包装膜,为开发无机-有机协同高效抗菌、抗菌与气调相结合的保鲜包装膜提供支持。Nanometer titanium dioxide silver exchange powder and citric acid were added to low densitypolyethylene(LDPE)resin to prepare blend films by blending and stretching,and the properties of the films werealso studied.The results indicate that the elongation at break and light transmittance of the films are decreasedwhereas the permeability,haze and antibacterial properties of the films are increased,the tensile strength ofthe film rises and then falls with the increasing mass fraction of the masterbatch in high concentration.The gaspermeability,antimicrobial and mechanical properties of the LDPE/master batch A/B films are higher than thoseof LDPE/master batch A films.LDPE/master batch A/B films with additive in mass fraction of2%are selectedfor fresh keeping package.The results obtained in this research provide reference for development of freshkeeping films which integrate inorganic-organic synergetic antibacterial agents and antibacterial atmosphere.
