摘  要:教学质量监控与评价是院校通过有机整合直接或间接影响教学质量的各种因素,形成的一个能够不断提高教学质量的整体系统,文章结合教学质量监控和评价的内涵,阐述了美国、英国、法国等西方国家的职业技术教育教学质量监控与评价模式的现状,在借鉴西方国家职业教育教学质量监控与评价经验的基础上,从加强体系理论的研究与探讨、注重教师的"教"与学生的"学"、兼顾"他评"和"自评"、终结性评价和过程性评价相结合等方面阐述了对我国职业技术教育教学质量监控与评价的启示。The monitoring and evaluation of teaching quality is an integrated system which can improve the teaching quality throughorganic integration of various factors directly or indirectly affecting the quality of teaching.Based on the connotation of teaching qualitymonitoring and evaluation,this paper expounds the present situation of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation model of vocationaland technical education in the United States,Britain,France and other western countries.On the basis of Western occupation educationteaching quality monitoring and evaluation experience,this paper elaborated the enlightenments to China's occupation technology educationteaching quality monitoring and evaluation from these aspects such as strengthening the research on system theory and discussion,focusingon the"teaching"of tecachers and"learning"of students,taking into account"peer assessment"and"self assessment",combiningsummative assessment and process.
