高职院校新生班委的指导和培养实践探析

摘　　要：班干部作为老师和学生联系的桥梁,是辅导员班级管理和各项工作顺利开展的得力助手,更是当代大学生发挥他们"自我服务、自我管理"的主要实践者和依靠力量。高职院校的学生大多都是三年制的,培养新生班委尽快地熟悉班干部工作职责、理解班干部的角色、发挥班干部的作用,是辅导员的一项重要而紧迫的工作。实践证明,一批得力的班干部,是辅导员班级管理工作顺利和高效开展的有利保障。本文总结了对新生班委思想上和认识上的培养以及工作方式方法上的指导实践和做法。As a bridge between the teacher and the students,the class cadre is the right-hand man of the class management and thesmooth development of the work.It is the main practitioners and power to rely on for the contemporary college students playing their role of"self-service,self-management".Most of the students in higher vocational colleges have three years learning,so to let new class committeeas soon as possible be familiar with the duties of class cadres,understand the role of the class cadres and play a role,is an important andurgent work of counselors.Practice has proved that a group of effective class cadres is the favorable protection for counselors to manage theclass smoothly and efficiently.This paper summarizes the guidance practice of training for freshman class committee thinking andunderstanding and working methods.
