摘　　要：通过微型滴定法测定食用醋的总酸度,了解并掌握食用醋总酸度的测定基本原理和方法,及其会简单操作。测定食用醋中总酸度,可以将实验测得的食用醋的总酸度与国家规定标准含量相比较,从而调查日常生活中的食用醋是否合格。Test the total degree of acidity for table vinegar through the micro-titration method,besides,know and master the basic theory and method for this test,further know the simple operation.Test the total degree of acidity for table vinegar and then compare the result with the national standard content,so as to investigate whether the table vinegar in daily life is qualified or not.
