摘  要:研究生创新能力的提升是培养高层次创新型人才的关键。然而,目前我国研究生教育在注重发展的同时并没有做到创新能力培养的同步提升,这导致我国研究生群体,尤其是理工科研究生创新能力不足。本文分析了阻碍研究生创新能力的原因,并提出相应的对策以促进我国研究生创新能力的培养。The promotion of innovation ability of graduate students is the key of cultivating high-level innovative talents.However,for the current graduate education in China,the education development and the cultivating innovation ability of graduate students could not simultaneously considered,which induces the lack of innovation ability for graduate students,especially for science and engineering graduate students.This work analyzed the reasons of hindering the innovation ability of graduate students,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures for the promotion of innovation ability of graduate students.
