摘　　要：教育是一项极其复杂而又系统的人才工程,班级管理是这项系统工程的一个分系统。班干部是班级管理运作的核心组成部分,培养班干部是班主任工作中的重要环节。因此,在班级管理中,班干部的选拔与培养是班级管理研究中的首要问题。它不仅是实现有效管理班级的重要条件,而且还是培养人才的重要手段。因此,我们必须重视学生干部的选拔和使用问题的研究。Education is an extremely complex and systematic talent project,while class management is a sub-system of this systematic project.Class cadre is the core of class management operation,so the training of class cadres is an important part of the work of a head teacher.Therefore,in class management,the selection and training of class cadres is the primary issue in class management research.It is not only an important condition for effective class management,but also an important means of cultivating talent.Therefore,we must pay attention to the study of the selection and use of student cadres.
