摘　　要：改革创新下的大学实用性英语教学的课程,在整个大学教育中都有着至关重要的作用和地位。随着社会的不断改革,国际经济贸易的不断创新与融合发展,大学生的素质与能力就变成很重要的考核对象,因而大学英语就受到愈来愈重大的影响,被越来越多的学校重视,有着其他课程无法比拟的优势。大学英语的主要功能集中体现在培养学生更为深刻的语用能力,其中包括信息处理消化能力、语言交流能力、英语书写能力以及听力功底等,这些方面都对英语能力有一个比较清晰的反映。另一方面,我们在进行其他学科问题的学习和处理时,也应对问题信息有敏捷的反应,这些也需要靠素质教育和能力教育进行,离不开英语能力的教育。进入大学后,每个人的英语能力其实存在着一定的差别,所以让学生在其他学科的学习上的接受能力和反应能力存在差异,想要顺应时代的发展,成为国际经济下的强者,对应的学习是一项不可忽略的功课与任务。The curriculum of practical English teaching under the reform and innovation has a vital role and status in the whole college education.With the continuous reform of society,the continuous innovation and integrated development of international economy and trade,the quality and ability of college students becomes a very important object of assessment,so more and more colleges attach importance to college English which exerts more and more significant influence and has incomparable advantages over other courses.The main function of college English is embodied in cultivating students'more profound pragmatic competence,including information processing and digestion ability,language communication ability,English writing ability and listening skills.These aspects have a clear reflection of English ability.On the other hand,when studying and dealing with other disciplines,we,essentially,should have a quick response to problems and information,which also requires quality education and ability education which are inseparable from English proficiency education.After entering the university,different students'English abilities,in fact,differ to a certain extent,so that their abilities to accept and respond in learning other disciplines are also different.In order to conform to the development of the times and become the strong under the international economy,the corresponding learning is a task that cannot be ignored.
