摘 要:病理学是一门以实验为基础的形态学学科,大体标本是医学生获取病理知识的重要载体。传统标本信息孤立、颜色失真等不足严重影响了病理教学效果。建立多资料整合下的病理标本库能还原标本原色,减少甲醛标本对师生的健康伤害和环境污染,同时,丰富了标本资料,有利于学生系统掌握病理学基本知识,提升了教学效果。Pathology is a morphological subject based on practice,in which gross specimens are a major pathway through which medical students acquire pathological information.Defects of traditional pathological specimens including information isolation and color distortion affect seriously the result of pathological teaching.By establishing a multi-data-integrated pathological specimen bank,the changed colors of gross specimens can be restored,and health injury as well as environmental pollution caused by methanol can be reduced.Moreover,while students benefit from the enrichment of specimen data in grasping basic pathological knowledge,the outcome of teaching improves.
