摘　　要：理事会(或董事会)是高职院校治理过程中不可或缺的组织机构之一。针对高职教育的特点,基于资源依赖理论、利益相关者理论,提出高职院校应建立跨界、多元参与的理事会;高职院校应主动作为发挥主导作用,以自身的影响力提高理事会的凝聚力,增强理事会的实效性,促进产教融合,提升治理能力。A council(or board)is one of the indispensable sections in the process of running a higher vocational college.Based on the characteristics of the higher vocational education,the resource dependence theory and the stakeholder theory,this paper puts forward that the higher vocational college should establish a crossover and diverse council.The higher vocationalcollege should play a leading role positively,strengthen the cohesion of the board by its own influence,improve the effectivenessof the council,and promote the fusion of production and education and enhance the governance ability.
