领导权变理论在高校班级管理中的应用——以宿州学院班级管理工作为例

摘　　要：班级是高校最基本的组织单位,辅导员是班级工作的引导者,大学生的健康成长和辅导员的引导有着很大的关系。采用问卷法、访谈法调查了领导权变理论在宿州学院班级管理中的应用情况,分析了高校班级管理中运用领导权变理论的必要性,探讨了领导权变理论在高校班级管理中如何运用的具体问题。最后指出,领导权变理论对提升高校班级管理水平、促进高校教育改革具有重要的作用。Class is the basic organization unit in university,Counselor is a leader and manager of university students,and the people students contact with often,the growth of college students and the counselor's styleof leadership is closely related.By questionnaire to understand the leadership status of class management in Suzhou Institute,through the interview to learn more about leadership contingency theory application in class management of Suzhou Institute,find the problems in the leadership contingency theory application,and with experience as a instructor,illustrate the importance of leadership contingency theory,put forward the correspondingmeasures of leadership contingency theory to promote class management in colleges.
