摘 要:以柱花草为材料,通过单因素和正交试验设计对超声波辅助提取柱花草多酚工艺条件进行优化。选取超声功率、超声时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数为考察指标,研究不同工艺参数对柱花草多酚提取浓度的影响。结果表明:超声波辅助提取柱花草多酚的最优工艺条件为超声功率160 W,超声时间60 min,料液比1︰30,乙醇体积分数60%;在此条件下,柱花草多酚浓度达9.138 mg/g。Used the Stylosanthes guianensias as material to optimize the technological conditions of ultrasonic extraction of polyphenolsfrom it,a single factor and orthogonal design was adopted.Selected the ultrasonic power,extraction time,ethanol concentration and asolid/liquid ratio on extraction rate as index to study the effect of different process parameters on extraction concentration of polyphenolsin Stylosanthes guianensias.The results suggested that the optimum technological condition for ultrasonic assisted extraction ofpolyphenols from Stylosanthes guianensias is:160W ultrasonic power,60min extraction time,1∶30solid/liquid ratio and60%ethanolvolume fraction.Under these conditions,the concentration of polyphenols reached9.138mg/g.
