摘 要:随着便携式电子产品的普及化,人们对小体积及高性能的便携式电源的需求与日俱增。利用微机械加工技术制作的微型直接甲醇燃料电池具有体积小、质量轻、能量密度高、携带安全等特点,适用于民用数码产品(如笔记本电脑、手机等)和国防系统(如单兵系统、弹药引信等)等领域。但与常规直接甲醇燃料电池相比,微型直接甲醇燃料电池在产物管理、制造方法、膜电极制备、燃料供给等方面有所不同,工作效能存在较大差异。从以上几方面对目前微型直接甲醇燃料电池的研究状况进行深入调研,分析了影响燃料电池输出性能的关键因素,并指出了微型直接甲醇燃料电池面向未来应用所需要解决的技术挑战和发展趋势。With the popularization of portable electronic products,the demands for portable power devices with small size and high performance are increasing quickly.Micro direct methanol fuel cell(mDMFC)fabricated by micromachining technology is characterized by many advantages such as small size,light weight,high energy density and less safety concern.It is also suitable for the field of civil digital products such as laptop,cell phones,etc.and defense systems such as single weapon system,fuse of ammunition,etc.However,compared with conventional DMFC,mDMFC has marked differences in product management,manufacturing methods,fabrication of MEA,fuel supply and working efficiency.In this paper,the research and development of mDMFC were reviewed in terms of the above aspects.And then the key factors that affected the cell performances were examined.Finally,the technological challenges and prospects of the mDMFC were discussed.
