摘　　要：校企合作是高校办学的一种趋势,也是培养应用型人才的一条重要途径。不同类型的高校,由于不同的办学目标和自身的实际条件,其合作办学模式不尽相同。在现今条件下,校企合作办学仍面临多种制约因素,其运行环境不理想。在分析当前各种校企合作模式的特点,考虑校企双方利益的前提下,提出一种新型的、基于合作双方精准需求的校企合作办学模式,并予以成功实践。College-enterprise cooperation education is a tendencyto college development,and an important approach for cultivatingapplication-oriented engineering talents.Based on the differenteducation goals and specific conditions of colleges,the modelsand styles of college-enterprise cooperation are different.Underthe current condition,the college-enterprise cooperation educationis confronted with much restraint,and the circumstance ofcollege-enterprise cooperation is undesirable.On the basis ofwin-win cooperation and accurate demand,a new model of college-enterprise cooperation education is presented and practicedin the paper.
