摘　　要：英汉民族的姓名文化既有共性又有差异,本文分析阐述了英汉语姓名在文化心理、姓名来源、命名习俗及实际应用诸方面的异同和缘由,有助于交际者在跨文化交际中更好地掌握姓名交际策略,获得交际的成功。The name cultures of the English and Chinese nationshave both similarities and differences.This paper analyzes thesimilarities and differences between English and Chinese namesin cultural psychology,name sources,naming conventions andpractical applications,as well as the reasons,aiming to helpcommunicators better grasp name communication strategies incross-cultural communication,so as to achieve the success ofcommunication.
