摘　　要：随着人们生活质量改善,越来越多人开始重视养生和保健,使得我国保健食品行业取得迅速发展。目前,市场上的保健食品类型多种多样,质量参差不齐,许多保健食品中经常出现非法添加药物的现象,这对食品安全性造成严重影响,因此,进一步加强对保健食品中非法添加药物的检测,不断规范和改进检测技术。本文主要分析保健食品中非法添加药物检测技术研究进展。With the improvement of people's quality of life,more and more people began to pay attention to health and health care,making China's health food industry has made rapid development.At present,there are many types of health food products on the market,the quality of uneven,many health food products often appear illegal addition of drugs,which has a serious impact on food safety,therefore,to further strengthen the illegal food additives in health Testing,and constantly regulate and improve the detection technology.This paper mainly analyzes the research progress of illicitly added drug detection technology in health food.
