摘　　要：食物一直都是人类赖以生存发展的物质基础。随着经济的发展和行业竞争加剧,企业为了追求利益,食品安全事件频发,严重危及人们的生命。因此,食品安全检测工作十分重要,尤其要注重选择合适的检测方法。本文在介绍食品检测工作的重要性的基础上,介绍了有关微生物检测的相关知识和几种微生物的检测方法,并进行了比较分析。Food has always been the material basis for human survival and development.With thedevelopment of economy and the intensification of competition in the industry,in order to pursue the interestsof enterprises,food safety incidents occur frequently,seriously endangering people's lives.Therefore,thedetection of food safety is very important,especially the selection of appropriate detection methods.Onthe basis of introducing the importance of food inspection,this paper introduces the relevant knowledge ofmicrobial detection and the detection methods of several microorganisms,and a comparative analysis is made.
