摘　　要：了解广州市大学生的食品安全意识状况与KAP影响因素及关系,为高校食品安全知识教育工作的开展提供科学依据。本文采取自制食品安全KAP调查问卷,对1 508名广州市大学生进行问卷调查,并进行统计学分析。最后得出,高校应加强在校大学生食品安全常识宣传与教育,优化教育内容,丰富教育形式,有效发挥新媒体平台在知识宣教中的潜能,提高宣传教育的效果,促使学生养成健康的饮食习惯。To understand the status of food safety awareness among college students in Guangzhouand the influencing factors of KAP and to provide scientific basis for the development of food safetyknowledge education in Colleges and universities.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted among1508college students in Guangzhou,and the data were statistically analyzed by using self-made KAPquestionnaire.Finally,the university should strengthen college students'knowledge of food safety publicityand education,optimize the education content,rich forms of education,effective use of new media platform inthe knowledge of potential,improve education effect,promote students to develop healthy eating habits.
