摘　　要：本文采用GB/T 8305-2013《茶水浸出物测定》标准测定红茶中的水浸出物含量,分析红茶水浸出物含量测定的不确定度来源,建立数学模型,计算各不确定度分量,计算得出水浸出物含量的扩展不确定度。GB/T8305-2013"tea extract determination"determination of content of water extracts of theBlack Tea standard,analyze the uncertain Black Tea determination of content of water extract of sources,the establishment of mathematical model,calculation of uncertainty components,calculation of water extractcontent of the expanded uncertainty.
