摘　　要：大健康时代,食品质量与安全是国家稳定发展、人民安居乐业的基准线和稳定器,中医药院校开设食品质量与安全专业适逢其时。借鉴兄弟高校经验和中医药院校办学思路,培育食品质量与安全专业创新创业型人才,最终服务"健康中国"和"一带一路"战略。Food quality and safety,as the key factor for stable development of country has become more and more important in the period of great healthy epoch.Therefore'it is just the right time to develop the major of food quality and safety in universities of Chinese medicine.authors raise novel ideas and concepts by drawing experiences from other schools,which benefits healthy China construction and the land and maritime Silk Road initiative.
