从教师教育视角厘定教师教育文化要素

摘　　要：教师教育文化是一种专门培养与培训教师的教育文化,其要素虽然与文化的要素一致,但也有其特殊性和具体性。作为一种教育文化,从教师教育的角度分析其在教师教育者、学习者和教育影响等方面的具体情况,是教师教育文化具体化的必经之路,也是进一步认识、传承和创造教师教育文化的前提。Teachers'education culture is the education culture which specially cultivates and trains teachers.Although the elements of teacher education culture are consistent with the elements of culture,they have their special and specific features.As the education culture,is should be analyzed from teacher education.The analysis should include teacher educators,the learners,the education influences,etc.It is the specific path of teacher education culture and the premise of further understanding.
