摘  要:铁路扣件服役环境恶劣,常规的防锈蚀性能检测方法无法有效反映扣件在服役状态下的防锈蚀能力。采用一种模拟服役状态的防锈蚀性能检测方法,评价了铁路扣件在服役状态下的防锈蚀性能。结果表明,不同防锈蚀处理的扣件在经过模拟服役状态试验后,防锈蚀性能下降程度不同。在腐蚀环境恶劣区域使用的扣件,宜采用模拟服役状态的方法评价其防锈蚀性能。The service environment of railway fasteners is bad.The conventional detection methods of anti-corrosion performance can not effectively reflect the corrosion resistance of the fasteners in service state.In this paper,a composite method of simulating the service state treatment and corrosion resistance test was used to evaluate the anti-corrosion performance of railway fasteners in service state.The results show that the anti-corrosion performances of the fasteners with different anti-corrosion treatments reduce differently after the simulating service state test.The fastener working in severely corroded areas should be tested by the composite method to evaluate its anti-corrosion performance.
