摘　　要：随着高等教育事业的不断发展,许多高校为了解决资金短缺的困境,纷纷进行贷款办学,民族地区高校尤为突出,贷款办学面临着巨大的财务风险。政府及教育主管部门、金融机构、高校自身都需要加强对高校贷款办学财务风险的防范。With the continuous development of higher education,school loans have,especially in ethnic minority area,been popular in many colleges and universities in order to solve the problem of capital shortage,and thus face huge financial risks.Government and education authorities,financial institutions,colleges and universities themselves need to strengthen the prevention of financialrisks of University loans.
