虚伪俗世中的“真人”——论范柳原与王娇蕊

摘　　要：张爱玲的小说《倾城之恋》中的男主人公范柳原和《红玫瑰与白玫瑰》中的女主人公王娇蕊极具相似性,表面看来,他们是情感放荡、风流成性的滥情者,而实际上他们是执着于真爱,并竭尽全力追求真爱的"真人",尽管他们怀揣爱情理想,并努力为之奋战,最终却还是难逃无爱婚姻的悲剧,成为令人叹惋的失败者。Fan Liuyuan,the hero of Eileen Chang’s novel Love in a fallen city has great similarity with WangJiaorui,the heroine of Red Rose White Rose.At first glance,they are both promiscuous persons withunrestrained affection and serial affairs,but as a matter of fact,they belong to the“true persons”who obsessover the true love and strive to pursue true love.Although they live with the ideal of love and fight hard for it,they still could not escape from the tragedy of loveless marriage and turn to regrettable losers.
