摘  要:高职院校对新教师进行有针对性地培养,是师资队伍建设的重要内容。文章以L职业大学为例,分析了目前新教师培养的现状与不足,从突出新教师岗前培训方案的针对性和实效性、加强师德师风教育、制度化模式推进导师培养制、多举措确保新教师科研和专业实践能力的有效提升、以人为本构建新教师培养的评价激励机制等方面提出了高职新教师培养的优化对策。Being an important part of the construction of the teaching staff,targeted training should be carried out for new teachers in higher vocational colleges.Taking L Vocational University as an example,this paper analyzes the status and shortcomings of the new teachers training and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the training of new teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as highlighting the pertinence and effectiveness of the pre-service training program,strengthening the moral education,promoting teacher training system,ensuring the effective promotion of new teachers'scientific research and professional practice ability through many initiatives and designing a people-oriented construction of new teacher training evaluation incentive mechanism.
