文化育人视域下高职院校专业群建设的实践探索

摘　　要：高职教育在注重培养高技能人才的同时,更应该认识到作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,绝不能忽视以文化育人为核心意涵的教育的本体性价值。文化育人主要体现在价值导向、思维方式、情感陶冶、人格建构等方面,着眼于人的全面而可持续发展。近年来,浙江经贸职业技术学院人文旅游系以会展管理与服务专业群为平台,在专业技能培育的同时,着力强化文化育人工作,在高职专业群文化育人方面积累了丰富的经验。As an important part of higher education in China,the higher vocational education should never omit the cultural education,the core meaning of the ontological value of education,when cultivating high-skilled talents.Cultural education is mainly reflected in value orientation,the way of thinking,the emotion edifies,personality construction and other aspects,and its focuses on human's comprehensive and sustainable development.In recent years,Humanity and Tourism Department of Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Trade takes advantage of the specialty clusters of exhibition management and services,has worked hard to strengthen cultural education when cultivating professional skills,and has accumulated rich experience in the cultural education of specialty clusters in higher vocational colleges.
