摘  要:为更好地服务区域产业的升级发展,高职机电一体化技术专业根据产业对人才不同需求,以职业素质、专项技能培育为宗旨,提出了"多向发展"的人才培养模式,并制定了"平台课程、方向课程、分向顶岗实践"并融入职业素质教育的专业培养方案。近三年的专业建设实践证明,"多向发展"人才培养模式的实施使教学目的性更强,学生专项实践技能水平得到了显著提高,大大缩短了毕业生就业上岗后的适应期。As to serve the upgrading of regional industry better,mechatronics major of higher vocational colleges puts forwards the“Multi-orientation Development”Talents Training Mode and formulates the“platform courses,orientation courses,practice courses in different orientations”,integrating into the professional personnel cultivation scheme of quality education,according to the industry requirements of talents,for the purpose of professional quality,special skills training.The approximately three-year practice of the major construction has proved that the implementation of“Multi-orientation Development”Talents Training Mode enhances the teaching purpose,improves the students'practical skills and greatly shortens the adjustment period of graduates who are engaged.
