摘 要:为了研究离合器设计参数对汽车起步振动性能的影响,建立包含摩擦式离合器的汽车传动系非线性动力学模型。建模中,考虑离合器的摩擦和多级扭转非线性特性。仿真得到汽车起步过程传动系统的动力学响应,对起步过程离合器从动盘转速进行时域和频域分析,通过实车测试验证所建立的模型的正确性。最后分析离合器从动盘性能参数对起步时产生的起步抖动和耸车两种振动的影响,依据分析结果对离合器设计参数进行结构改进。结果表明:起步抖动和耸车分别发生在离合器接合和接合完成过程中,振动频率分别等于接合完成前后系统的第1阶固有频率。分析离合器从动盘各特性参数对起步抖动和耸车的影响,并根据分析结果对离合器从动盘进行了调整,对比调整前后仿真和实车测试的结果发现,起步抖动和耸车均有所改善。In order to study the effect of clutch design parameters on the starting vibration performance of automobiles,a nonlinear dynamic model of vehicle transmission system with friction clutch is established.In the modeling,the nonlinearity characteristics of clutch friction and multi-stage torsion are considered.The dynamic response of vehicle starting process of the transmission system is obtained by simulation,and the rotating speed of the clutch driven disk in start process is analyzed in time and frequency domains.The correctness of the model is verified by a real car test.Finally,the influence of the clutch driven disk performance parameters on the starting judder and shuffle of the car is analyzed.The results show that the judder and the shuffle occur during clutch engagement and after the engagement respectively,and the vibration frequencies are equal to the first-order natural frequencies of the system before and after the engagement respectively.The clutch is adjusted based on the results of parameter analysis.The simulation and tests results show that the judder and shuffle are improved.
