摘  要:为了达到阻气以延长食品保质期的目的,我们需要开发具有高阻隔性的包装材料,又考虑到"白色污染"问题,此包装材料应当具备一定的可降解性。聚乙烯醇(PVA)不仅具有优异的高阻隔性,也具备良好的可降解性。本文对PVA膜的这两种性能及其改性进行了相关介绍,讨论了PVA成膜的溶液流延法和挤出吹膜成型法及其影响因素,最后对PVA的应用进行了展望。In order to achieve the purpose of gas barrier to extend the shelf life of food,we need to developpackaging materials with high barrier properties,taking into account the"white pollution",thepackaging material should be with a certain degree of degradation.PVA not only has excellent highbarrier properties,but also have good biodegradability,in this study,I introduce the two properties ofPVA film and its modification,the solution casting method and extrusion blown film and theinfluencing factors of PVA film formation are discussed,finally,the application of PVA is prospected.
