摘　　要：随着我国研究生教育规模不断扩大,研究生教育模式也在不断转变,"学校—学院—学科"三级管理模式正逐步兴起并发挥良好作用。本文以山东农业大学为例,阐述了研究生三级管理模式的现状、问题与优化措施。With the expansion of graduate education in China,the graduate education model is constantly changing,and the three level management model of“school-college-subject”for graduate students is rising gradually andplaying a good role.Taking Shandong Agricultural University as an example,this paper expounds the presentsituation,problems and optimization measures of the three level management mode for graduate students.
