摘　　要：回顾了国内外学者对话语标记语well语用功能的研究,探究了标记语well语用功能的理论基础。基于此,作者通过分析言语实例,从施事语力出发,深入探讨了说话人为了实现自己的施为意图而采用标记语well,以期取得最好的语用效果、顺利实现言语交际的目的。The paper explores the philosophical base of discourse marker Well in theory by reviewing its pragmatic functions from the researches on abroad and home.Based on the philosophical theory,the paper,by analyzing examples in real life,discusses fromillocutionary force the reason that the speaker adopts the discourse marker Well to realize his own illocutionary intents,expecting best pragmatic effects and achieving hopeful ommunication purposes.
