摘 要:对高职生职业价值观对职业自我概念的影响进行实证分析。结果表明:高职生职业价值观各个维度、目的价值观分量、手段价值观分量、职业价值观总量和职业自我概念总量,均处于中等偏上水平;职业价值观的各个维度、目的价值观分量、手段价值观分量和职业价值观总量与职业自我概念均显著相关,但均属于中度相关或低度相关;职业价值观对职业自我概念的三种回归模型,对职业自我概念改变量的解释力并不相同。The impacts of vocational college students’occupation values on their occupation self-concepts were investigated byan empirical analysis.Results show that higher vocational students’professional values of all dimensions,objective value components,means value components,the total value of vocational values and the total professional self-concept are in the middle level;and thatthe dimensions of occupational values,the components of objective values,the components of means values,and the total value ofvocational values are significantly related to career self-concept,but they all belong to moderate or low correlation;and that the threeregression models of career values on career self-concept have different explanatory power on career self-concept change.
