思想政治教育视角下的辅导员就业指导工作探析

摘　　要：近年来,高校毕业生人数逐年攀升,社会形势不断变化,大学生就业面临着巨大的困难和各种新的挑战。高校作为社会人才培养的重要阵地,应该充分发挥高校思想政治教育在就业工作中的指导作用。高校辅导员作为高校思想政治教育工作的核心力量,应该充分结合学生思想教育工作者和学生日常管理者的身份,加强自身专业素养,全方位提升就业指导理念,创新就业指导工作方法,促使大学生更好地就业。In recent years,the number of college graduates hasbeen increasing year by year,and the social situation has beenchanging,so the employment of college students is facing greatdifficulties and new challenges.As an important position in thecultivation of social talents,colleges and universities should givefull play to the guiding role of ideological and political educationin employment.As the core force of ideological and political educationin colleges and universities,college counselors should fullycombine the identity of students'ideological educators and students'daily managers,strengthen their professional accomplishment,comprehensively enhance their employment guidance concept,and innovate the methods of employment guidance work,soas to facilitate college students'employment.
