摘 要:基于241名企业新生代农民工的调研数据,实证分析了工作特征和工作满意度对新生代农民工工作投入的影响,结果表明:在控制人口统计变量的影响之后,技能多样性、任务完整性、任务重要性、工作自主性、反馈等五个维度的工作特征以及工作满意度对新生代农民工的工作投入均有显著的正向影响,影响系数分别为0.235、0.354、0.335、0.319、0.182、0.534;工作满意度在技能多样性与工作投入之间、工作自主性与工作投入之间、反馈与工作投入之间起到完全中介作用,在任务完整性与工作投入之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为51.83%,在任务重要性与工作投入之间也起部分中介作用,中介效应为47.32%。Based on the survey data collected from241new generation migrant workers,this paper empirically studies the influence of job characteristics and job satisfaction on the job engagement of the new generation migrant workers.The results show that skill variety,task identity,task significance,task autonomy,feedback and job satisfaction have significant positive impacts on job engagement while demographic variables were controlled,the influence coefficients are0.235,0.354,0.335,0.319,0.182and0.534respectively.Job satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between skill variety and job engagement,fully mediates the relationship between task autonomy and job engagement,fully mediates the relationship between feedback and job engagement.Job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between task identity and job engagement,the mediating effect is51.83%,partially mediates the relationship between task significance and job engagement,the mediating effect is47.32%.
