摘 要:目的观察CBL教学法应用于本科医学英语教学的效果,探讨CBL其应用于医学英语教学的的可行性.方法选择昆明医科大学五年制临床专业四年级学生127名,随机分为A(67人)、B(60人)2组,A组采用传统教学法,B组采用CBL教学法,实施医学英语教学,教学结束后,2组学生接受笔试考核,并对教学满意度进行评价.结果 B组成绩高于A组(P<0.05),B组教学满意度高于A组(P<0.05).结论 CBL教学法可提高医学英语教学的质量,提高学生对教学方法的满意度.Objective To measure the effect of case-based learning(CBL)method in medical English teaching and explore its the feasibility.Methods127fourth-grade undergraduate students,majoring in clinical medicine,were randomly allocated into two groups:group A(n=67)taught in traditional methods and group B(n=60)taught in CBL methods.At the completion of teaching,examination and satisfaction questionnaire were applied to measure the outcome of teaching in two groups.T-test and Chi-square test were employed in data analysis.Results The examination scores of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching methods can improve the quality of medical English teaching and students'satisfaction.
